I am a bioinformatician with excellent experience in using Matlab. I deal with the analysis of NGS data and the selective pressures related to the proteins of the various plasmodes of malaria. I have recently been interested in predicting protein disorder. R is the second programming language that I use most frequently given the machine learning studies in biomedical research conducted at the University of Padua. I work at a computer consultancy company and in my spare time I love practicing martial arts and training in the gym.
